By using disposable dining and packing  services provided by The D2 Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

   1. Ordering and Payment:

   1.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.  

   1.2 Payment can be made at the time delivery through Cash On Delivery method

   2. Delivery:

   2.1 Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

   2.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Redelivery charges may apply if incorrect information is provided.

   3. Product Use:

   3.1 Our disposable dining and packing products are intended for their designated use only. 

   3.2 Any misuse, modification, or unauthorized resale of our products is strictly prohibited.

   4. Quality Assurance:

   4.1 We strive to provide high-quality, food-safe products.

   4.2 Customers must inspect products upon delivery. Any defects or issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

   5. Returns and Refunds:

   5.1 Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items within 2 days of receipt. 

   5.2 Refunds will be processed upon verification of the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

   6. Environmental Responsibility:

   6.1 Customers are encouraged to dispose of our products responsibly, following recommended recycling or composting practices.  

   6.2 We are committed to sustainability and continuously strive to improve the eco-friendliness of our products.

   7. Customization:

   7.1 Custom orders may be subject to additional terms.

   7.2 Changes to custom orders must be communicated and agreed upon before the production phase.

   8. Intellectual Property:

   8.1 All trademarks, logos, and designs associated withThe  D2 Store are protected.  

   8.2 Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

   9. Liability

   9.1 The D2 Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

   9.2 Our liability is limited to the total value of the order in question.

   10. Termination of Services:

    10.1 We reserve the right to terminate services to any customer for repeated violations of these terms and conditions.

    10.2 Termination does not relieve the customer of any outstanding payment obligations.

    11. Governing Law:

    11.1 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.  

    11.2 Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By using The D2 Store's disposable dining and packing services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The D2 Store reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the terms periodically.
