Return & Refund Policy

By engaging in transactions with The D2 Store, you agree to adhere to the following return and refund policy:

   1. Returns Eligibility:

   1.1 Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items.

   1.2 To be eligible for a return, customers must report the issue within two days of receiving the order.

   2. How to Initiate a Return:

   2.1 Customers must ccontact The D2 Store at thed2store88@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

   2.2 A detailed explanation and, if possible, accompanying photos of the damaged or defective items should be provided.

   3. Return Authorization:

   3.1 Once the return request is approved, customers will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

   3.2 Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

   4. Return Shipping:

   4.1 The D2 Store may provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns. 

   5. Inspection and Refund:

   5.1 Upon receiving the returned items, The D2 Store will inspect them for damages or defects.

   5.2 Refunds/Replacement will be processed if the items are found to be eligible for return.

   6. Refund Processing Time:

   6.1 Refunds will be processed within Fifteen working days of receiving the returned items.

   6.2 The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

   7. Non-Returnable Items:

   7.1 Certain items, such as personalized or custom orders, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

   7.2 Non-returnable items will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.

   8. Refunds for Late or Missing Items:

   8.1 If an item is not received within the specified delivery timeframe, customers should contact The D2 Store promptly to investigate the issue.

   8.2 Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the outcome of the investigation.

   9. Cancellations:

   9.1 Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.  

   9.2 After the specified timeframe, cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to the processing status of the order.

   10. Updates to Return and Refund Policy:

    10.1 The D2 Store reserves the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time.  

    10.2 Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
